Whelan Associates developed, constructed, leased and manages the 50,000 sq. ft. medical office building. The space is fully leased to medical tenants including Orthopedic Care Specialists, Inc., Dr. Albert Ackil, Neurologist, and Caritas Christi Health Care, and was sold 7/2008.
One Washington Place was completed in the first quarter of 2007 and designed to accommodate the latest medical technologies including MRI, CT Scan, digital X-ray, ambulatory surgical center and a full rehabilitation facility. The principal tenant, Orthopedic Care Specialists, Inc., occupies 73% of the building on a 20 year lease that is personally guaranteed. Formerly known as Sullivan Orthopedic Associates, Inc., OCS has been in business since 1966 and currently staffs 5 board certified orthopedic surgeons. The balance of the building is leased to related medical uses including The Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Practice Corporation. All leases are NNN.
